I think you should use a concrete countertop fabricator for the project and not rely on the gc to get it right.There are a few in ny I know of 2, mirage studios in long island city and brooks kitchens in I think the bronx.The shape of your sink should not have much bearing on the top as long as you can fit at least a 2" apron on the front and back.Ive seen the sink also made out of the concrete it self that might be an option.
