Any luck in the last week?
It could be frozen pipes, but I think it's likely someone was constructing on digging on your street/block, or it could be system-wide problem like many leaks (not necc. in your place because you'd have noticed those) or buildup of minerals and such in the pipe(s) called "tuberculation" -it reduces the room inside the pipe.
I did some Googling and found these links that might help:
http://curaflo.com/ResourceCenter/PipeProblems/FixingLowWaterPressure.aspx
Maybe your building's management would call them?
These guys sponsor a blog where they take quesions like yours: http://www.pipeproblems.com/ --you can ask them, maybe they can give you a more tech answer.
Please post whatever the resolution is! Good luck!

It could be that your low water pressure problem is being entirely or partly caused by a buildup of scale deposits inside of the pipe(s), that could restrict water flow.
