My parents have the same outdoor couch and chair set. Home Depot? They just picked it up for about 450 on sale. Very comfy.

I did it myself from scratch. I'll get around to posting them one day to the reno blog.
Also IKEA has a lot of options that won't break the bank. Look in the kitchen cabinets and repurpose them for an office. The kitchens at IKEA are made better than any of their furniture.

Etson- Good Luck with the search. There isn't much out there these days. Starting over and trying to keep the same standard of living is a tough feat in this economy.
I've been kicking around the same ideas, may go back to grad school after the wedding is over. I'm just bored with my job. I'm good at it and make enough cash but it doesn't stimulate me and it isn't what I set out to do when I was younger.
Been toying around the idea of opening a wine and tappas bar, but restaurants are SOOOO risky.

The What is on his way to Wall Street, $150 bucks a day panhandling is more than he makes spewing garbage on brownstoner all week.

They can even get another 30 days out of it for a total of 60 days in NY. 30 days from the closing date and then you can issue a time of the essence closing which gives another 30 days. It's unfortunate but these things happen more often then you think.
Good luck, there are a lot of short term rentals out there.

ON the Jersey Housewives. What is up with that bitch's hairline? Is it a weave or wig? Her hairline starts about an inch above her eyebrows. Is she a neanderthal?

OK, who is else wants to throw up in their mouth after watching NY Prep. I want to smash my fist in these kids faces. I'm not sure which one is the most annoying.
Let the bashing begin.

Not sure yet. I thought about something like writing it in the sand on the beach and going for a walk just to run into it, but changed my mind and thought it would be too cheesey. Not sure yet?

Rob- They tile the floors in Florida and places like arizona, Vegas etc.. due to the heat. The tile floors stay cool on hot days. I agree with you that they are ugly but have you seen the people from Flordia? Just as ugly.
They also like carpeting because it's baby proof, Also ugly and not my taste.
Don't get me started when they use the laminate Pergo fax wood floors. Sounds like you are walking on plastic.

Smooth Criminal was aweseome. I would always try and do that lean move that he did. I would always end up falling over but it was fun anyway.
They are saying now that it was an injection of Demerol and that the Dr that gave it to him is MIA.
The drama continues....

Sorry bout the double postings. My browser is on the fritz. Just a like MJ tribute.
I dressed up like MJ for Halloween 3 years in a row when I was 7,8,9 years old. I had down all the moves.
He was destoyed by his own excess, but I will chose to remember him like he was when I was a child.
My money is on pain killers, what do you think killed him?

I thought all the lesbians lived in PLG? That old man really looks like he's having a difficult time getting his johnson out of that folding chair. He's probably cursing in Russian and scaring the two lesbians who are now calling 911 that some mad russian man is after them.
I'm going for drinks downtown at the seaport in an hour, send an email if anyone wants to grab a Mojito. Meades on Peck Slip. My GF is a NYC highschool teacher and they are done today. Teachers are buying the drinks and they know how to party.

DIBS, sort of like getting pregnant from a toilet seat? I don't think that it will show up in a drug test if that's what you are asking.

Try Jerry Middleton. His workshop is in Williamsburg. His website is www.woodessentials.com It's devoted to his medicine cabinet business, but he also does beautiful custom work locally.

The best closet company out there, I get my dream closet for under $2000. Many quoted over $3000 for the same job and they have better quality finish than many companies out there, They do custom home office and customer service is excellent.
