An additional issue to this apartment building is that the apartments literally shake on a 24 hour basis (higher floors are more affected). They have been unsuccessful in finding the cause of this highly unusual but major problem. We have been told that they are working on this but it's been almost 5 months with no improvement. So beware before renting, I wish we had known.

Renters beware. This apartment building has an issue with shaking and tremors. It could have something to do with the bamboo floors but frankly they don't seem to know and more importantly they don't seem to be in any rush to fix this.
