New Buildings Rising Next to Hotel Le Jolie

We’ve spotted new construction at the corner of Withers Street and Meeker Avenue, next to the Hotel Le Jolie in Williamsburg. DOB permits show three buildings with three different addresses planned for this one corner lot at Meeker and Withers. At 44 Withers, developers are planning a 5,129-square-foot residential building with four stories and three units. At 46 Withers, the plan is the same except the square footage is 5,131. And next door at No. 50 on the same lot, plans show a four-story, 5,956-square-foot building zoned for mixed commercial and residential use with two planned units. GMAP
