Monster Island Down to the Dirt

The site that once housed the Monster Island art and performance space is now just an empty lot. In December, after demo started, the property sold to an LLC called Rw William LLC, which purchased three other properties in Williamsburg the same day. Rw William LLC is probably developer Read Property Group LLC; they share an address. The new owner has not yet announced plans for the property. Click through to the jump for more photos.
