Construction’s really moving along at the 157-unit building at 204 Wythe Avenue, the old Western Carpet warehouse site. This rendering emerged last year from the architecture firm SLCE, and the jury’s still out on whether or not this will go rental or condo. Developers purchased the old warehouse, owned for decades by the family-run Western Carpet company, for $27.5 million and began demolition early this year.
