The Brooklyn Real Estate Roundtable is returning to the Brooklyn Historical Society on August 2 for two hours of networking and Q&A with industry leaders.

The Brooklyn Real Estate Roundtable is a quarterly series where real estate professionals — including developers, architects, brokers, bankers, lawyers and retailers — gather over lunch and cocktails to exchange ideas, share success stories, and discuss the industry’s most compelling issues.

August speakers include Paul Travis, Managing Partner of Washington Square Partners, who will discuss Downtown Brooklyn’s massive City Point project and real estate in Brooklyn. The other two speakers are James Stein, Senior Vice President of Lincoln Property Company, who has recently worked on projects such as Bushwick’s The Jefferson development at 455 Jefferson Street, and Jon Holman of Lone Star Construction Corporation, a New York native who has been improving historic Brooklyn properties since the 1970s.
