Rooms For Rent August 1st In Crown Heights!

Hello! I am looking to fill 3 rooms in a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in Crown Heights, Brooklyn right on the border of Clinton Hill, Bed-Stuy, and Prospect Heights. There's great access to trains, awesome bars and restaurants, and it's just minutes from Prospect Park! About the apartment: I've got 3 rooms to fill in an apartment that was renovated last year with new appliances. 2 larger rooms for $1,100 a month and 1 smaller room for $900 a month. Utilities (internet, gas, electric) come out to about $40/month. Good sized kitchen and living room, 2 bathrooms (yes!), central AC, and a skylight! The apartment has roof access, a backyard, and a basement with a washer/dryer. The building only has 2 other units so there's minimal competition in using communal space. About me: I am a female in her late 20's with full time job in a museum in Manhattan. I love movies, checking out bands, and exploring NYC! As long as you can pay on time, are respectful and reasonably clean, we'll get along just fine. I am looking for people to sign on to the 1 year lease. The landlord will run a credit check, needs proof of income, and a security deposit (cost of 1 month's rent). One person per room. Guarantors are also accepted.
