Poplar Condo Gets Near Ask

Remember this Condo of the Day? The two-bedroom pad at 55 Poplar Street in Brooklyn Heights was on the market last spring for $835,000, and most commenters seemed to think that was too pricey. Turns out it was, but not by much: The fourth-floor pad just closed for $810,000. Seems to us that the sellers should be counting their blessings.
