curing and sealing marble floor
I'm laying a basket weave mosaic tile marble floor in my bathroom and have a couple questions. Should I seal the tile before I grout? (The man at the place where I bought the tile told us to seal it, together with the grout afterwards - 3 times, waiting 24 hours between each time) And how should I cure the grout - do I spray with water?

How to Remove Stains from Marble Floor?
I didn't want to put it in the headline, but unfortunately, I have several vomit stains on my marble floor. There are two parts...one is light (creme marfil) and the other dark (nero gold). I cleaned up but, as I now know, the acid leaves an etched stain. I did a little research online, and it sounds like a poultice is in order, but the advice is all over on the ingredients...anyone have any experience with this? I'm nervous that it's either already ruined or that I'm about to accomplish that! Thanks in advance!

The logisitics of Carrara countertops
I've read on this blog that, as a natural marble and therefore porous, Carrara can stain and/or dull with extended exposure to foods and liquids, even if it's honed. Would a drying rack by the sink inflict permanent damage on the stone? If so, what are alternatives? Even with a dishwasher, there are always a few items to clean by hand -- how/where would you let them dry?
Cleaning Marble Mantels
We are looking for someone to clean some of our marble mantels. I see a past reference for Alex from Sparclean - does anyone else have any recommendations for a contractor who can clean and polish our mantels?
Thanks
