Carpe Diem / Hastens Bed
I am looking to sell a gently pre-owned Carpe Diem Korno mattress, king size. Mattress and top mattress only (no base). Its firmness is half medium, half firm. Beige color. Carpe Diem compares the Korno to the Hastens 2000T II; see links at bottom for both. Both retail for more than $20,000 for a king size set (mattress, top mattress, and base). I am looking to sell my mattress and top mattress for $6,000.
I have owned it for three weeks; it is like new. If you are seriously considering a Hastens or Carpe Diem bed or mattress, you should consider this opportunity to save a lot of money. I am pretty sure you can buy the base if you need it and still save a lot.

ISO Great Tailor in FG/CH
I have a DWR upholstered couch with cushions that have a couple tears and need mending. I've spoken to reweavers and they cannot fix--they suggested a tailor. Anyone have a great one, who speaks English, who will put the proper time into repairing these (I don't want a hack job done). Thanks!

Re-upholsterer for Old Settee
I have a heavy, old ( 1910-1920) flat back, roll arm settee that was purchased at the 1966 contents auction of the soon to be demolished Hotel Astor ( Times Square area ). It needs to be refreshed. (Unfortunately, it was first recovered in the late 60's). It also needs repair to one of its wooden legs, which is begining to split. I am not sure of the exact style but have seen similar ones on the antiques roadshow. ( Imperial, possibly?) Does anyone know of a reputable reupholsterer in the Bay Ridge up through Park Slope area. The gentleman our family used for many years is now deceased. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Sorry no photo , it's in storage.

Vintage Coffee Table for Sale
I'm selling a vintage coffee table for $250 or best offer. It's got rich brown wood with a leather surface and some nice carving and details (I'm having trouble posting a pic, but will email you some if you think you might want to buy it). The brand is Weiman Heirloom, and I think it's from the 1940s. It's got some dings and nicks, but is basically in good condition for a vintage piece. The dimensions are 50" x 22" x 16". Mirror Mirror on the Wall...
We want to get a custom cut piece of mirror installed on one of our walls in a walk in closet, but having no luck figuring out where we could go.
Any leads would be greatly appreciated. We originally talked to our contractors doing our reno, but it felt incredibly expensive to go through them. Figure there must be tons of places I could directly work with to get this done in our finished space.
