Green Light Expediters??
Anyone have any experience with Green Light Expediters? We are thinking of using them for a 2 family brownstone renov.

Fees for expediting
I'm just beginning work on gut renovating a three family brownstone and making it into a one family. I have two proposals for expediting services, both are in the vicinity of $10,000. The scope of work is for filing an Alt Type I permit and a change of C of O. I may be cheap, but this seems twice as much as I expected, at least. Thanks for any input on this.

Anyone worked with Scott Schnall - plans & expediting
Hello. We are going into contract on a 3 story townhouse which will need some "refreshing". It is not a total renovation but we need to patch plaster, replace bathroom fixutes, replace kitchen appliances, new carpets, etc. So we need permits.
Has anyone worked with Scott Schnall to write up basic plans and expedite? How was the experience?
Any other recommendations? Sense of what this might cost us?

Expediter who draws/ Architect who expedites
Does anyone have recommendations for an expediter who will do will the required drawings or an architect who does is/her own expediting? This is for a job that needs not much design but a bit of zoning know-how. Thanks

Expediter Post Approval Amendment Fee
My expediter just charged me a whopping 2K to file a post-approval amendement with DOB. Does this sound reasonable? I've heard the going rate is $250-$500. Do Ihave any legal recourse? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated (PS...It took him a long time to expedite this) Thanks!

property violation verification
Is there a way to tell what kind of violation a property has? I've searched the DoB BIS site and it is not specific enough. I'd like to put wording into our contract that the violations be cleared up prior to purchase, but we do not even know what the extent of the violation is. We only know it has to do with plumbing.
