art framing?
Hi everyone,
I'm looking two frame two large (47 1/4" x 59") watercolors, and I was wondering if you have any recommendations for places to get this done? I'd prefer somewhere (or someone) that's a little experimental and willing to work with me to figure out creative ways of displaying the work.
Thanks!
nisha.

Searching for former Clinton Hill SRO reno owner
Hi- I am trying to locate the Clinton Hill SRO reno owner whose kitchen was featured on Brownstoner's kitchen special. Back in the day, you had posted some photos of your living room w/ kitchen and I really loved the look of the room arch with flanking bookshelves. If by any chance you are reading this, can I contact you to see the photo again? Brownstoner site no longer has it. Thanks!!
House Number
The original number gold-leafed (I assume)house number on the glass transom above my door has all but disappeared. Does anyone recommend re-doing it myself, and if so, how? Stencils and gold paint? I know gold leafing is difficult. Or, does anyone have a recommendation as to who might do this for me?
And along those lines, any recommendations for a place to buy a metal house number to affix to the house's basement entrance?
Thanks.

using onyx tray as bathroom shelves on tile
I have a space in the bathroom which is tiled on 3 sides which would be ideal to put some sheves in - it's like a niche which is about 13 inches wide and 7 inches deep and goes all the way from tub to the ceiling (it is there thanks to the heater riser pipe having been covered with sheetrock an tiles). I found great onyx shelves at CB2 that fit perfectly sidewise, but they are beveled:
http://www.cb2.com/family.aspx?c=477&f=4459&q=onyx&fromLocation=Search&DIMID=400001&SearchPage=1 , check the last item - onyx tray. I could really use some suggestions as to how install these so it looks beatuful - black caulk? L-corners painted black? triangular plexiglass tubes to match the beveled slant? I have no idea.

gold decal numbers
Hi,
Does anyone know where I can order gold/black address numbers? Sometimes you see them on transom windows.
Thanks in advance!
