Deck building costs?

Any thoughts on how much might it cost to build a deck on the roof of a first story space that juts out? The space seems ripe for it, it just needs the wooden floor, a rail of some sort and to be done legally, i.e. with all the city's approvals and fees. The space is about 20 x 6. Any ballpark guesses would help.
Thanks!

Solarium Kits

Has anyone used a Solarium kit to add a Sun Room or enclosed porch to their deck
or onto the back of their house? There seem to be alot of options and I'm curious about
how good they turn out, durability and installation costs.
For now I'm interested in which companies make the best ones, installer recs, and any other useful info.
I'll deal with FAR & DOB permits etc. later.
thx

Trex decking

I've heard all sorts of things on this forum regarding decking materilas for rooftops, but from what I understand, wooden roof decks can only cover 20-33% of the roof.

If I used Trex, is this considered non-flammable? Could I got wall to wall? Is Trex signaficantly heavier than Ipe, for instance?

deck for courtyard

our coop has a big concrete courtyard that I would like to fill in with Trex decking. I was planning on just laying down some strips of the Trex as the undercarriage. But to avoid having the deck rise up too high and get interfere with door swings, etc.. I am thinking of just laying the undercarriage strips flat-side down. This would mean there would be about an inch of space under the deck. Is this okay in terms of ventilation?

Advice on buildng roof decks -- to suspend or not to suspend?

We want to build a roof deck on a 4-story brownstone, but don't know if we need to have it placed on steel beams or if we can build directly on the roof. I'm getting contradictory advice form deck builders on this. If we stick to a wood deck covering 20% of the roof, can we do it without the steel and avoid that cost, or is that risking damage to the building? Anyone out there have experience with this and can make a suggestion? And any sense of whether one or the other is more likely to improve the resale value of the building? Thanks!
