Atlantic Gardens - boarded up

I noticed 525 Atlantic is all boarded up (5 buildings) b/w 3rd & 4th. What happened to Koz Paley's grandiose plans for outdoor shopping & eating? What a damn shame. Neighborhood is going to hell quickly w/ this news coupled w/ demise of AY.

Structured Wiring with A/V, Internet, Security, etc.

This has been posted a few times before but the replies haven’t included much in the way of tips on good installers.

Does anyone have any experience with structured wiring and whole-house A/V + internet that they could share?

Any tips on good installers? Pros/Cons? Things you would have done differently? Cost?

My project is a gut of a 3-floor townhouse so the walls will be open.

HOW MUCH FOR THIS CONVERSION

HELLO ALL,
I WILL BE CONVERTING MY ONE-FAMILY TO A TWO-FAMILY. MY ARCHITECT IS CHARGING ME 11K FOR ALL PAPERWORK, FILING, CHANGIN C OF O ETC.

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW MUCH IT WILL COST (BALLPARK) TO ADD TWO MORE ELECTRIC METERS, BOILERS, AND HOTWATER.

OBVIOUSLY THERE IS PLUMBING & ELECTRICAL INVOLVED BUT I WOULD LIKE TO SET A BUDGET.

ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED. IF YOU HAVE DONE THIS PLEASE SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE.

custom concrete tub needed

Does anyone know someone who can create a custom concrete tub to fit an unusual shaped bathroon? i can get a tub through the door, so need to build one inside there. thanks
