Refrigerator repair
I am having problems with the fridge in our rental. The freezer is not staying frozen. The problem is that I do not know how old it is.
Can anyone recommend the pros/cons of hiring a repair person come out vs. buying a new one for $400?

antique universal stove for sale
Offering up this cool white enamel Universal brand stove for sale. It's in near mint condition on the exterior but needs repairs. Not sure if the oven works but the burners do when lit with a match.

both are in good working condition. we moved into our place 5 yrs ago and the fridge was already here. not sure how old/new it is, but it works fine. we are remodeling our kitchen now and need them gone asap. please contact me if you are interested and willing to pick them up. we have contractors here until 5pm that could help load it/them into your truck/van. no money orders or cashiers checks please.

fyi, the oven is gas and works well, but is a little
slow when baking. i have to cook pies/cakes/cookies a bit longer than recipes state. maybe like 15 minutes or so, but i have used it a lot and have had much success. ;)
