New Windows

Has anyone used Universal Window in Corona, Capri Aluminum in Ridgewood, or Bay Ridge Windows and Doors?
thanks.

We used Bay Ridge Windows. They were great at sales, but not so good at installation. Their finish work was terrible and they left a big mess.

Call Windows We Are. They were great all around. Highly recommended.

I used Pella. They messed up three times. They came back each time, and corrected everything. I was very satisfied with the final service. I think we used the branch in Long Island.

I am replacing windows in my landmark brownstone. Got quotes from Windows We Are and Bay Ridge Windows, which were close, though WWA has been kind of flakey to deal with so far. Has anyone had a great experience with Bay Ridge Windows? Also, Bay Ridge told me the windows must be tinted to get the tax break for energy efficiency. Is that true?
