what IS 22123?!
I live in the Park Slope area of Brooklyn, and have noticed for a while now posters and stickers that say, "What's 21123." If this didn't spark my curiosity enough, there was a team of skaters passing out t-shirts with "What's 21123" on them Sunday in Park Slope. Can anyone tell me what this is?

If you view source on their site, there is an indication that this is for a condo on 211 23rd street. If you google street view that location, sure enough, there is a condo there that's presale.
If this is true, then it's also worth noting that this group behind this has also spray painted the 'what's 21123' logo on walls in the neighborhood- not just a sticker campaign. Totally obnoxious.

Definately connected to the 211 23rd street condo. The domain is registered to someone (I'll spare mentioning him, because for all I know he is just an employee doing what he is instructed) with the address of 260 Christopher Lane, Staten Island, NY.
The 211 23rd street condo is being offered by Monogram Properties (http://www.21123condo.com), which is a brand of the Leewood Property Group (http://www.leewoodgroup.com/) -- which is located at 260 Christopher Lane, Staten Island, NY.
If they are really tagging buildings in the neighborhood, they should be reported to the police and forced to pay to clean up their mess.
