Perfectionist Painter
I am looking for a painter who is not just competent but who is also a perfectionist. The work is to finish up the painting on a parlor floor and requires someone who can handle patching old wood work as well as oil based paints (not just latex). There are parts of my brownstone where I care just about competence but the parlor floor is a beautiful floor and needs the proper attitude and skills.
My preference is for someone who does the work herself, rather than someone who has a crew working for them.
