Need engineer for boiler recco

Hi, I'm looking for an engineer who can recommend the appropriate size and make(s) boiler to be fitted into the apartments of our coop building. All of the plumbing/boiler companies give us different and conflicting advice so we need someone independent with this kind of expertise. Any suggestions?
