Maybe you should point him to the last thread and ask him if he wants you to add to it or say something nice instead?

Don't trust him! I know its difficult, but rid yourself of him now. He actually had his license revolted from The Department of Consumer Affairs and is not supposed to be working. His fines are accumulating daily. His establishment will soon be padlocked. If you wish to speak with me further leave your number and I will reach you.

You have may a big mistake!!!!! Please do not give him any money. He had bounced bounces checks to the window guy, the staircase guy, the air conditoner guy.

The following are projects that he is working on:

1) Great Neck (Nassau Street) - This owner lives on the same street as Nayci. He paid 80% and Nayci completed only 50% of the work. He is constantly asking for money and the owner refuse until more work is complete. Work had practically stopped.

2) Little Neck Hills (Leed Street) - Owner kicked him out and took an approx. $ 40K loss, but can now sleep wih a new contractor.

3) Douglaston (51) - Abandoned the owner who paid 70% of the job and completed 50% of the work.

4) Flushing (161 st) - Full demolition, but no activity for a month. According to a vendor, the owner paid 40% of the job and there is just a whole in the ground.

Please check the BBB of NY.

Dear Roman,

Please do not pay another cent and force them to work until the next installment. Once you have accepted the fact that you will loose money and Nayci will not complete the project, you will sleep better. After he abandoned my job, I have founded a wonderful and honest contractor to take over the project. I had interviewed over 15 contractors until I found my current contractor. I would say about 12 of them were crooks or unreliable.

I know what you are going through. You need to stay on top of him to complete as much work as possible from the money that you had paid that Ayan and his bastard son, Matt.

Sincerely,
A.
