Looking to Buy condo in Brroklyn
My wife and I are looking to buy a condo in Brooklyn, we are looking to spend apx 400k for a 1 bedroom. Williamsburg is not for us. We love DUMBO but obviously can't afford it there. Any recommendations on locations and realtors?

one of the better condos ive seen in Brooklyn is One Sunset Park.

They had 2 brs for mid 400s im sure you can work your way down. ive lived in sunset park my whole life and its a good area. youre right across the street from the park.

I highly recommend Park Slope. Really nice neighborhood. Prospect Heights is awesome too. So is Ft. Greene.
Here's a 1 bedroom I just saw in Park Slope which looks pretty nice, although perhaps a little small for a couple. It's priced right though and in an EXCELLENT location...

clinton hill has a ton of 1 bdrms in the high 200's to the mid 300's. issue is those are coops. hey, nothing wrong with checking them out b4 crossing them off the short list

gotta give more info or self-examination of what looking for besides 1 bedroom,.....like small bdlg, walkup-elevator,
new construction, brownstone, renovated, etc.
If stating condo I will assume no coop.
Otherwise I would suggest Concord Village apt complex where easily get fixed up 1 bedroom...couple blocks to DUMBO, etc..a very generic but well-kept from 1950's.
