Infestation
My tenant on the floor above me has some sort of mouse/rat/squirrel in the crawlspace/air vent. What to do? Who to call? What is least expensive but effective route towards getting rid of him and his posse?

Exterminator. They'll look for the hole/entry in the roof/wall/fascia/chimney wherever it is they are coming in and patch it, put screen on it, etc.

I have thought of exterminators...but who can any of you refer? I am not unhappy with tenant at all, I appreciate her telling me...
