II Floor Deck
Anyone done one of these (ie one floor above parlor, which has a deck already?) Advice? Very difficult?
There are two condo-ized brownstones down the street that have them, and the support steel looks awesome. Don't remember a crane tho' so must've been built in-place.

Funny you should say that...I haven't blogged in a little while, but I noticed your comment and had to jump on. A neighbor of mine hired a company called Bullfrog Builders to do a roof a few months back, long story short..they were very happy with the work, customer service and overrall company operations. So I called Bullfrog to come look at my kitchen/bath and ended up hiring them to do a 2 floor deck in the back of my browstone on Park Pl. It came out fantastic!
