Great Plaster, Finish Contractor
I just finished a rehab of my co-op and wanted to recommend my contractor Tom. He skim coated the entire co-op, installed and built new window boxes, crown molding, tiled the bathroom and painted the entire place. The work was of very high quality and at a very fair price. His name is Tomek and his number is 347 224 8695 He is from Europe and is very well trained in plaster work. I can be emailed at beegeee1188@yahoo.com for a reference. Do you have an approximate idea of what he charged for skim coating per square foot? Thank you.

I don't think he prices on a sqft basis. Mostly per job depending on the condition of the existing plaster. In my apt some places requires a adhesive net to be put on the wall then plastered over to prevent cracks. I'd give him a call and get a quote. He does very nice work and the prices are very reasonable compared to quotes I got from contractors.
