FHA contractor
I'm about to close on a two family home in Red hook. It will need substantial renovation, and I have acquired an fha 203k renovation mortgage. If anyone has any recomendations of general contractors please let me know. I'm aware that some contractors are not interested in dealing with the guidlines of these 203ks . Any input would be appreciated .Thanks

oldehook - I'm interested in getting a fha 203K renovation mortgage too. Can you recommend a bank or broker? Was it a difficult process? Is there an income limit on the borrower - I think I might make too much to qualify?

oldehook-We are General Contractors with plenty of experience and references for FHA construction and loan. Much of the work we do is financed through FHA lenders and we actually have an in house FHA processor/underwriter that takes care of the approval process based on the scope of work and amount of finance needed. Please feel free to contact us for an in home consultation at 718-228-0199 or via email: contact@blfrg.com . Our website is www.blfrg.com
