Credit Report

I need to do a credit report and a background check on a potential tenant. My building requires it as part of the condo rental package.
Anybody have a reliable source?

I'd use http://www.intelius.com as a baseline. You can always find more details, but I expect this will be enough to fill the rental package.

Ask your Tenant to obtain their own and bring you a copy. Costs you nothing!

Outerboro's comments are reckless and could potentially cost you more than "nothing": NEVER TAKE A CREDIT REPORT FROM A POTENTIAL TENANT, especially if it involves a background check. Get it from a neutral source and have them pay for it like most rental applicants do. I use on-site.com but you may have to check if they do single users. You can try a local realtor to do it at cost.

We have used www.tsci.com. They are specific tenant screeners. We get the criminal background check, employment verification, credit, etc.
