hello, i am thinking of buying and pat on berkely between 4th and 5th avenue. any info about that block would be great (safety). it is near the playground on the corner, is that a gathering place for kids at night?

do you mean Sackett btw 4th and 5th? Berkely ends at 5th ave. Or is it between 5th and 6th?
