Still 25% Down to Go?

Thurday's new reports cited business reports that call for still another 25 percent rate drop in home prices. Can it be possible for such places as Carroll Gardens and Brooklyn Heights? Shouldn't the government be stepping in to help these poor homeowners hold on to their properties?

Given the regressive income tax structure and the loopholes available only to the rich, I would argue that the targetted class are already well supported by the government. Get back to me when we institute steep progressive confiscatory taxation of the wealthy. Then I'll cry you a river...

But I we are not going to get our 300.00 dollar rebate tax this year! What are us poor homeowners to do? We can find a job and go to work like the common folks.

"Thurday's new reports cited business reports that call for still another 25 percent rate drop in home prices". Sounds like "CNN reports from the email who cited a blog".

Do you refer to the Meredith Whitney comments? She is always on negative side and less then 50% times correct.

Oh what a shame the Tishmann group is in financial trouble. More semi free co ops on the market.
