Roof Repair
The girlfriend's parents need roof work done. I do not know the extent of what has to be done but her parents said "roof is in bad shape". Any recommendations for someone who does work in Greenwood Heights? What does a roof repair usually cost? (obviously it depends on the amount of work but what are some rough estimates)

not sure about the type. but the dimensions are 45x17.

More information, she said last finish was 18 years ago with minor works in between. So she thinks it might be a whole new roof.

I've used Rocco's Roofing who replaced my entire roof ata a very reasonable price. I was very pleased with them and their quality of work, however after a previous recommendation.....someone from this site stated they never received a call back from them.

look in the archives . you may find the professional. but at least get 3 quotes. I suggest you call Ekram. 917-306-1251. well he is a good roofer. just had a roof leakin. and he came up with a good budget and redid the whole entire roof.He will give you a better deal. good luck!

We had great service some time back on our Windsor Terrace home from Greene Roofing on Coney Island Avenue. When we later had some leakage from porch gutters, I was impressed that Greene promptly repaired it under the warranty from our original job -- no charge. Recommended.

According to me it's not easy to find the best roofer just by asking for recommendation.....
The best thing search for the roofer and get the list down of most recommended roofer and then call them get quotes and then select one that goes with the budget and with your research....(I do this....) so at least you know who you hiring and you don't blame others ( if things goes wrong that's what i usually do)...
