Recs for Property Managers
Anyone have any recommendations for decent Property Managers in Brooklyn? We are a 70+ unit co-op in Brooklyn and are interested in speaking to different management companies. We would prefer companies located in Brooklyn if possible.

We have Cooper Square. They are one of the biggest if not the biggest. Rates are reasonable but all have their pluses and minuses. Property Manager's name is Steve Schwartz.

Try calling Crosstown Management Corp. Speak to Anthony Musto, Crosstown has been in business for over 20 years, they manage over 200M annually. Tell Anthony, Al Rosario sent over the recommendation. You may want to call WMC, at 347 789 6550, they are an excellent company. They cap their enrollment, but you should call them, ask to speak to Tracy.
