Mold? HELP...
I am (anxiously) seeking a trusted person/company to advise on a possible mold issue. I have two small kids so hoping to get someone whose work has been quick and thorough. Thanks.

There's a lot of frauds and charlatans out there pushing mold remediation. Are you sure you can't handle this yourself?
1. Mold only grows where it is wet. First step, remove the source of the water.
2. Remove and replace wallboard etc that is damaged beyond repair.
3. Clean whatever is left using a solution of dilute household bleach and water.
