(Minor) Renovation Suggestions?
Hi - we're going to have crown molding installed, the walls repainted and the floors refinished in an apartment we're moving into soon. It was recommended that we use one contractor to do all the work at once. We want to get some quotes and wondered if anyone had suggestions of people to use?
We'd really appreciate any help/suggestions/thoughts...

I had my brownstone in Carroll Gardens renovated last summer with a lot of detailed mill work, crown mouldings etc. I'd recommend the contractor if you're interested. You can also see his work at my house if you're serious about hiring him, after you meet with him and get an estimate.

I would recommend Shane Deary construction. He is a contractor in boerehm hill and spends most his time on the jobsite doing the work. Be carefull of contractors who sub out to people and do not keep a close eye on the project. He can be reached at (917) 495-7120. His work is unparalleled. Hope this helps.
