Great handyman plumbing/locks
I've seen Brian Piersol's recommendations previously on Brownstoner. We just moved from Ft. Greene, and used him for many projects. First, Brian knows brownstones and their strengths and weaknesses. He replaced a toilet for us and did a beautiful job. Another job he did was totally replace a door lock. Everything he ever did for us was great. He's dependable, honest, and fair.
