Browntone Steps Renovation
Can anyone recommend how to renovate our chipped front outside steps to our brownstone or recommend a contractor who does that work? Thanks!

There are many past threads on this topic. Search Forum archives for stoop, masonry. The men at Edson are master craftsmen, but the work doesn't come cheap: 718-768-8121

I have used Shahab (Shahab Construct CO.) for all my masonry, repointing, sidewalks, building new stoop, etc. cell 646 523-7155. Very reliable and trustworthy.

I'm currently using VinRoy of Park Slope Brownstone for exactly that - good work & reasonably priced: 646 554 4513

Search the Facade Topics. A recommendation for my guy is there along with before & after pics of the stoop.

I have recommended Patrick earlier for brownstone steps
and have had positive feedback from others. He did my brownstone steps as well and I can't say I wasn't satisfied. He did a great job and I think he provides one of the best quotes. He's very popular in the brownstone field. If interested you can reach him at 1646-945-7315.

My contractor does this pretty well, his prices are decent and he works fairly quickly.
