taking care of flat roof
Just a general question: how do you take care of your flat roof?Do you look for specific signs of deterioration? Do you call roofing specialist for periodic inspection? Or you just wait until water appears downstairs?

#1 -- Police anybody who walks on your roof. Watch them like a hawk.
#2 -- Assuming you have a modified bitumen or asphalt roof, every few years pick up a five gallon bucket of Bulldog Aluminum Coating WITH Fiber and paint the roof (after cleaning it, of course). It can help extend the life of your roof for years. . .
