Sustainable Seafood
Any thoughts on where to buy sustainable/eco-friendly seafood in Brooklyn? Thanks!

fairway is pretty specific about what's local and what's sustainable.

I don't know how much of it would be called sustainable (which seems to be a moving target!), but the best local fish is undoubtedly from Blue Moon, the fishermen from Montauk who are at the Grand Army Farmer's Market on Saturday. They're also at Union Square on Wednesday.
