Ft. Greene Rental Reality Needed
My boyfriend and I are looking to move into a no-fee 1br in Ft. Greene and was wondering what we should expect to pay for that area. Our max is $1800 and I want to know if that's a realistic budget before I invest any more time searching in this neighborhood.

It is just about realistic but unless you get something by owner, I'm not too if you'll get any "no fee" with brokers in Fort Greene.

This is do-able, but plan to look at LOTS of places. If you have the time to look at a number of places, you can find the place you are looking for. If you have the luxury of a couple of months for searching, you'll be fine.
