Flat Roof Inspection for Pitch
Hi Everyone - need some advice. We are looking to buy an apartment which includes an unfinished roof terrace. It is a flat roof with membrane. We saw some ponding on the roof and want to inspect it to make sure the pitch is proper. Any recommendations on Home Inspectors that can inspect the pitch of the roof?
