Carpenter or GC Needed

I'm in need of a GC or carpenter to repair a house's parlor floor framing around the stair opening. The home is in greenwood heights. It involves adding two pipe columns with footings, adding a few LVL joists, and a header along the stair opening. Adding some joist hangers and bridging is also required. Any recommendation are appreciated. Thanks.

Martin Skuza did a lot of work at my home. I recommend him regularly on the forum. He's a very good guy, excellent attention to detail, talented AND skilled, reasonably priced, nice person to work with, etc:

I would be happy to come take a look at your project and provide a quote. I have been a GC and high end carpenter for more then 10 years, and recently been doing a lot of work for the Brownstoner forum community of folks, and the feedback has been very positive.

You are welcome to call or email if you'd like to discuss details.

Hi Home Reno -

How did this work out? Did you find a good contractor for this job? I have a similar job to do (sistering in joists on two floors around the stairwell) and am looking for a contractor with experience in this area. Any tips/recommendations would be appreciated!
