475 Sterling Place?

Has anyone purchased in this building recently? Love or hate? Happy or sad? Any comments would be helpful..don't need to hear from people who hate the design, who like to argue about which neighborhood it's in, or whether or not floor to ceiling windows are from the devil. Thanks.

I am not a big fan of a lot of new construction but the builders just about hit the right balance with this one. The large windows are nice and well insulated, there is parking available (around 6 figures to purchase), and a large common room, the use of which will be decided by the owners as 50% has just been sold. As for the nabe, the block (not the prettiest - too few trees, too many garages)is technically in Crown Heights, about 40 feet in, you are just steps to Tom's Diner - if you can get in on the weekends. A few restaurants have opened to the east on Classon, the Museum is up the block.

Thanks for your comment. I'm very familiar with the area having lived there for 10 years I was really looking for answers about the living in the building and the closing process.
