When Offering Plan is Missing?

I live in a 6-unit coop and we're selling our apt...only no one seems to have a copy of the offering plan. Not any of the residents, their lawyers, or realtors. Everyone says they saw it at some point, which makes me think the building had one copy that's now missing. Any suggestions? Would one be on file anywhere?
Thanks!

How about getting a new one drawn up?

Yeah, I was hoping to avoid that scenario since I'm not sure we have all the original docs.

Try contacting the Attorney General's office. All offering plans are reviewed and approved by the NYS Attorney General's office so they may have an approved copy, which you may need to purchase.

Contact the Manhattan Attorney General's office.

Make sure you also request copies of any and all amendments that may have been filed after the OP was created.

Try contacting previous owners if their whereabouts are known. Someone may have a copy in their files. Good luck.

under 10 may have gotten an exemption from filing. Find out who has the underlying mortgage on the whole building(almost all coops have underlying mortgages as opposed to Condos which don't) and that bank should have the offering or the exemption...
