Waterproofing Expert Needed
We have a recurring leak coming from the back wall of our condo (the wall is all windows). There's no obvious place where the leak is coming from and it leaks into the subfloor, not onto the floor itself. Anyway, we're in desperate need to find a waterproofing expert to diagnose the issue. Can anyone recommend somebody? Thanks.

Look in archives for masons. Could even be from roof but more likely window caulking (or lack thereof.)

Agree with Arkady to call a mason. Not sure I agree re: caulking. Could be that water is infiltrating through brick and/or mortar surrounding windows.

Contact Innovation Construction 718-666-7679. I recently had a major leak on my third floor , and they took care of the problem. waterproofed and sealed the back of the wall.

There is another way to trace water/moisture in the walls/roofs/windows: Infrared Thermal Inspections. You can find more information at http://www.advpropertyinspections.com/
This is the hi-tech answer that can find the source. Hope that helps you.
