Searching ACRIS for Co-op Info?
Does ACRIS show information on shareholders in a co-op, or only the mortgage on the co-op itself?
Where can I look to see what a shareholder paid for their apartment in a co-op?

You CAN look up individual info in ACRIS but it is by name and you'll need to look within each doc to see apt. #. Once you are within the buildings docs you can see each transaction listed by each parties name. However, what we have found is after a couple of years it does not show price. First things first though you'll need lot and block which you can determine by entering address.

Thanks Rocketien. I did do the lot and block search based on the address. I guess I'll keep digging!
