NYC Marshal Recommendation?
Hi. We're toward the end (hopefully) of the delightful process of evicting our deadbeat tenant. Can anyone recommend a marshal that they had a good experience with and give me an idea of how much they charged? Thanks in advance for any help!

Has tenant violated housing court stipulation and failed to leave by specified date? The eviction process is VERY specific, just as any housing court action and stipulation are very specific. Speak with your attorney first, including asking for marshal suggestion if you need one. Some links to review:

I would recommend Marshal Martin Bienstock. I've never used him for an eviction, but NYC attorneys all know and trust his office to get things done and done right the first time. His, and other marshal's, contact info can be found here:
