i have an sun room that was added on to the kitchen many years ago. Now that i have notioed that when it rains the water comes in right at the seam. And the snow when it sits leaks through..need help with what to do about the leak.

If you apply it carefully it should still work.

you need to flash it or it will happen again down the road. look for a good roof contractor and should be no more then a few hunderd bucks

Yes. Get yourself a gun...caulk gun and tube of silicon, 20 bucks tops.

thanks everyone I will try the caulk and the gun this weekend.

bklyngurl: There is a chance that caulk and gun will fix the problem temporarily. Less likely that it will fix the problem long term. Down the road, if not already, you will need new flashing. Look online if you're not sure what that means/involves, and call some roofers to get bids and input before it's more urgent than already,
