good inspector recommendation?
We are about to make an offer on an old two fam brownstone in Ridgewood. Can anyone recommend an inspector they have used? Are inspectors licensed? Thanks!

Yes. Rich Perry did ours and he's wonderful.
Here's a good thread on inspectors, in which I and someone else recommend Rich Perry.
