What took so long. Some representative numbers:
1 bedroom - $2500
2 bedroom - $3400
3 bedroom - $4500
Is it worth the premium price for the convenience of living above/next door to a McDonalds?

$3400 for 2 crazy bedrooms on 4th Ave in Brooklyn? I'm paying a lot less than that on UES in Manhattan and my new rent will be even lower.
These people need to wake up and smell the McDonalds downstairs :). $1500 at most

future homeless shelter...4th avenue is even a worse blight than it used to be, with endless incomplete projects and 12 story condos that seem to have drawn their inspiation from the brooklyn house of detention
