Dripping Air Conditioner
How do you stop an air conditioner from dripping condensation out the front of the air conditioner (and down the front of the building)?

You probably have it tilted a bit to far to the outside.
They are supposed to remove the moisture from the room that they are cooling. That moisture collects in the bottom and is supposed to evaporate. Sometimes, when it is very humid (as today), there is too much condensate to fully evaporate. This is why the unit should be tilted to the outside -- better for the moisture to drain to the outside, rather than the inside.

Use a mini funnel and rubber tube to redirect the drips.
